What is Minspy for iOS?
Minspy for iPhones and iPads is a remote monitoring solution. You can use the solution to monitor almost everything happening on the target device, from calls and messages to apps and emails.
The iOS version of Minspy is web-based, meaning it doesn't need an app download or install. You can use it directly via your web browser. You just need the target device's iCloud details.

How does Minspy's iOS solution work?
Minspy uses the iCloud backup linked to the device, instead of working with the device directly. When new information gets uploaded to the iCloud account, Minspy will copy it and shares with you. Minspy needs iCloud backups enabled to run.
Note: You will receive updates every 24 hours.
Note: If the target device is disconnected from the internet or doesn't upload to iCloud, you won't get any updates.
How do I buy a Minspy monthly plan?
Which features will I get with the non-jailbroken version of Minspy?
The no-jailbreak solution supports several major features. For example, you can monitor contacts, calls, texts, iMessages, the browser history, notes, the location, the calendar, WhatsApp, LINE, installed applications, photos, and videos.
Will you provide more features on the non-jailbroken version in the future?
We are planning to, yes. Our developers constantly strive to find workarounds to Apple's newest security features, like two-factor authentication. We will do our best to offer Facebook, Skype, Snapchat, Hangouts, and Instagram access in the near future, among other things. We used to offer a jailbroken version, which we discontinued for safety reasons.
When must I choose the "BackUp Now" option in "Settings > iCloud > Storage and BackUp?"? Will I need to toggle this every time I want Minspy to provide me with a new update?
You will need to choose it only once when you connect the target device to your account. This is during the initial setup. You will never have to tinker with the setting again. After you change the setting, you will get new data in the Minspy control panel automatically every 24 hours.
How often do I get updated monitoring data from Minspy?
The update interval will depend on the update interval on the target device. The default is 24 hours. Minspy can make new information available to you as soon as it's backed up to iCloud. You can choose to do so manually. Once you have access to the target device, choose the Settings>iCloud>Backup>Back Up Now option and instantly sync with the device data (minimum 1 hour after previous updates).
Help! Minspy dashboard data isnt being updated. What do I do?
• See if iCloud Backup is enabled on the target device.
• Check if the target device is connected to Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the target device is turned on and plugged in.
• Unlock the target device if it's locked.
• Slide all iCloud backup options to green.
Without the prerequisites mentioned above, Minspy will not be able to bring you any new updates.
Be aware that when you install Minspy the first time, you must switch on iCloud Backup manually to avoid issues with auto-updating.
How many iPhones or iPads can I monitor with my subscription?
It depends on the plan you purchased. For the Premium version, you can only monitor one target device/iCloud backup. This has to be the device you chose during installation.
If you want to monitor several devices at once, choose either the Family or Business plan.
Help! The target iPhone or iPad isn't connecting to Minspy. What do I do?
First, please recheck the login credentials. Make sure there are no spelling errors and the caps lock is off.
Note: Give Minspy 15 minutes to sync with the device. A server hitch could cause it to take far longer than usual.
What happens if I turn off the "iCloud Backup" option in "Settings>iCloud"?
Minspy will stop providing monitoring updates. But you'll still be able to access the old monitoring data via your Minspy account.
Can you give me my money back on my no-jailbreak Minspy subscription?

I tried everything but I still can't get Minspy to provide me with any backup data. What do I do?
See if Apple's two-factor authentication has been enabled on the iPhone or iPad. Minspy won't work with that setting at present. It's possible to disable this option on jailbroken devices and some non-jailbroken ones.
